Don Gaston has over 40 years of power generation and energy experience;  Former Director of Generation at Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) 2007 – 2014;  Former President and CEO of Prairie State Generating Company 2014- 2022.  At both Prairie State and PSEG, Don led performance improvement initiatives resulting in both companies achieving best in class safety, environmental, and operational excellence.

Don earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech, an MBA from The University of Tennessee, and completed the TVA Executive Development program at Vanderbilt University.
