Renée has over 30 years of finance, management, and business development experience, primarily in private equity and M&A for growth companies across a range of industries including mining, retail, consumer products, telecom, and business services.

Prior to Enchant, she was the founder, President and CEO of Hava Companies LLC, a vertically integrated cannabis company in Colorado. Previously, she was VP of Finance for Bowie Resources, the largest Western Bituminous coal company where she participated in the $435 million purchase of three coal mines from Arch Coal, Inc. and $560 million recapitalization of Bowie and a founding shareholder and Senior VP of Finance for Colombia Energy Resources, a publicly traded coal company in Colombia. From 2001‐2012, Renée provided investment banking and outsourced CFO services to growth companies through RSG Capital LLC. From 1989‐2001, she was an investment banking and private equity professional with several firms including Wasserstein Perella & Co., The Shattan Group, and Counsel Corporation, as well as a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group.
