Lisa is the CFO of Gallagher Clean Energy, a subsidiary of Gallagher, a world leader in insurance brokerage, risk management, and HR and benefits consulting. She has oversight over various clean energy projects, including leading significant Income tax credit-generating initiatives and evaluates new and emerging clean energy technologies.

Prior to joining Gallagher Clean Energy, Lisa was Assistant Vice President in the tax department, responsible for all aspects of Gallagher’s Global tax footprint, with special emphasis on external tax accounting reporting, tax planning, integration of mergers and acquisitions and managing income tax credit projects. Previously, she was a Senior Manager at Deloitte where she served mainly large corporate clients. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree in Accounting from DePaul University.
