Since 2018, Vince Inendino has served as Chief Executive Officer of Gallagher’s Clean Energy Division, where he leads and oversees all aspects of Gallagher’s existing clean energy investments, evaluates other new and emerging clean energy technologies, and executes approved new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Vince led the corporate tax functions as Vice President Tax at TransUnion (2012-2017), Beam Global (2010-2011), Nalco (2009) and Schneider Electric North American Operating Division (1989-2008) where, in each role, he was responsible for worldwide corporate tax matters. At Schneider Electric, Vince also led M&A Finance Support, Risk Management and Treasury Operations for all North American businesses.

Vince holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting Major) and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from DePaul University, and an MBA from the Northwestern Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
