Bob founded and built APS BioGroup, a manufacturer of specialty dairy proteins, which he sold to a private equity fund. Previously, he served as CFO of Favorite Brands International, a private equity-sponsored consolidator of candy companies that grew to become the fourth largest candy company in the U.S. Previously, he was Executive VP of Marketing and Administration and CFO for the Golden Cheese Company, which builds, owns, and manages the largest cheese plant in the world. He began his career as a consultant at Deloitte.

Bob holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of California, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.
