Chairwoman PacifiCorp, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway and Founding CEO of Enchant Energy Company. Cindy has over 30 years of experience in utilities & mining encompassing 11,500 megawatts of generation capacity from a diverse mix of coal, natural gas, geothermal, hydro, wind and solar in seven Western States. She serves as the Chair of the School of Energy Resources at the University of Wyoming.

Matthew Babcock
Navajo Transitional Energy Company
Chief Commercial Officer at Navajo Transitional Energy Company (“NTEC”), the third largest coal producer in the U.S., which is wholly owned by the Navajo Nation. He has over 20 years of professional experience in sales and marketing, international trade, and logistics.

Lisa Coyne
Gallagher Clean Energy
Chief Financial Officer of Gallagher Clean Energy, a subsidiary of Gallagher, a world leader in insurance brokerage, risk management, and HR and benefits consulting. She has oversight over various clean energy projects, including leading significant Income tax credit-generating initiatives and evaluates new and emerging clean energy technologies.

Robert A. Davies
APS BioGroup
Founded and built APS BioGroup, a manufacturer of specialty dairy proteins, which he sold to a private equity fund. Previously, served as CFO of Favorite Brands International, a private equity-sponsored consolidator of candy companies that grew to become the fourth largest candy company in the U.S. Previously, he was Executive VP of Marketing and Administration and CFO for the Golden Cheese Company, which builds, owns, and manages the largest cheese plant in the world. He began his career as a consultant at Deloitte.

Howard Matz
Derivee Power & Energy
Managing Director of Derivee Power & Energy, a power and energy investment platform focused on mid-stage renewable generation development opportunities. He has over 35 years of experience in the energy infrastructure industry as a principal investor, lender, and financial advisor. Howard has executed over $8 billion of complex, acquisitions and asset-based capital market transactions for energy and infrastructure assets worldwide. He has expertise in renewable energy generation technologies and fuels, including anaerobic digesters, solar, waste-to-energy, hydro, geothermal, wind, and landfill gas.

Retired Director of Practice Development at Sidley Austin LLP after 30 years in the legal services industry. In 2018 Janet founded Opal Strategies, LLC, a private consulting firm that provides strategic business and, and ESG advice to clients in professional services, technology, life sciences, venture capital, and family wealth investment. Janet earned a certificate in Corporate Sustainability from New York University Stern School of Business. She received the 2015 World of Difference Award from The International Alliance of Women, which “honored 100 women in the world who make a difference.”

Robert A. Van Engelenhoven
Vice President of Operations and Development
Bob has over 35 years of experience, planning and executing large scale power, clean energy, and battery storage projects. Previously he served as Project Development Director for PacifiCorp’s Renewable Energy Development Group.

Spencer B. Young
Vice President, General Counsel & Business Development
Spencer has over 25 years of experience practicing corporate and transactional law with top law firms and in-house legal departments. He has extensive experience in the areas of energy, oil and gas, capital construction and finance, NERC CIPS compliance, general corporate, contracts, and mergers and acquisitions.

Finance
Renée has over 30 years of finance, management, and business development experience, primarily in private equity and M&A for growth companies across a range of industries including mining, retail, consumer products, telecom, and business services.

Shawn Reddington
Project Development
Shawn is a civil engineer with over 40 years of experience in multi-disciplined engineering, construction, and project management across various industrial sectors, including power generation and transmission, petroleum refinery, industrial process, materials handling, k-12/municipal facilities, and defense. He was integral in the development of renewable energy projects for PacifiCorp.
